SWA Class Drop

I was wondering if some of our SWA readership could provide us with the info from the most recent SWA dispatch class

- Size of class
- Average experience of new hires, in years
- Past experience (whether all 121, trainers, managers, etc)

Just trying to see what competitive mins are to get into SWA...

10 - 4 internals, 6 externals

In regards to experience, I'm guessing 5 years minimum. Most had closer to 8. I think all 6 externals had experience with at least 2 companies. Two had experience with a major carrier prior.

Wide range of types of companies represented, regionals, majors, supplemental, cargo, etc.

Talk of maybe another class in the fall.
