April PDB?

Just interviewed Tuesday, 11 April. Folks in Dallas said they were interviewing three weeks in April, April 3-6, 10-13 & 17-20. The last week of the month is when the PDB usually meets on Wed or Thu. This being said, they said we would hear form the PD Dept. in 4-6 weeks which might imply that they are not having an April PDB or that it takes thema while to contact references in order to make a recommendation to the next months PDB.
