uh oh... does the "I have never" thread come to mind ;)

How about a reality series about commuter pilots! "and in this episode.. which crew scheduler will be voted off .." :p

They're going to run a show about what the industry's really like, and they're going to Southwest?

I guess a show about, say, a furloughed American pilot and his family wouldn't have been as entertaining...

A reality show about airline pilots? How exciting can that be. Two dudes/chicks, sitting in a front of a plane watching needles that barely move. Then they land and go pick up their payrolls with wheelbarrows.

At least in FOX's "COPS" you get to see a good knukle duster, or car crash during a chase once in a while.

Haha, I guess they ought to show a segment with poor regional pilots picking up zip-lock bags full of pennies on payday.

whoo boy ;)

And I spose them bastages make you bring your own dang ziplock on payday also!

You know, this show just might be a good thing. If enough people watch it, maybe the flying public will gain some small understanding of how things work at an airline...and why their air travel experience isn't perfect every time. (I'm assuming even Southwest has bad days occasionally...)

hey typhoon, one of our ex-C8 captains that Al and I know is going to be one of the pilot "stars" of the show as the most junior FO at SWA. should be fun, he can fill you in i assume.
