Southwest Interview

I also was called for an interview in June.
Does anyone have a suggestion on how to prepare for it ?

There may be a few new summaries on aviationinterviews, but I wouldn't suggest putting what you remember about it on their after your interview. They are asking folks not to discuss the interview or LOI. They want it to remain fair for the next guy and they want the process to remain as true as possible for SWA so they avoid hiring duds. Just an idea.

Prepare by reviewing your logbooks and refreshing your memory about the typical interview questions. Tell me a time when... etc.

Not a big deal. They also suggest not doing an interview prep. They actually went as far as to tell people to forget any canned answers they might have gotten from a prep. "We know how to tell an answer you got from a prep from a true answer and it won't look good on you."

Have fun, they interviews are really relaxed.
