Just curious, what airlines give extra training and extended IOEs to their weak pilots...

I am asking, just so I can avoid them when I jumpseat...

I'd start walking. Or take the bus. Maybe you'll get lucky and find a driver that's not stoned.

Sounds like a back door way of asking "Where can I get a job and make it to the line?". Don't worry, if you flunk out just because you have a weak scan and no pilot skills, mommy and daddy will still love you. I hope you don't have to pay back the money they spent on you for flight school and PFT.
