Superior is for sale! who has the scoop?

Anyone have the inside scoop on this?
what i hear is Superior cargo is for sale and wnats to be sold by years end if not end of october!...i might be wrong on the october thing.
Anyone have the scoop on this? why the sale? whats the fears of the people working there? <hows the pay?> is the metro the biggest thing they have? im fraid i dont know too much about them...but our company is looking to buy if its cheap enough....nothings cheap enough for a freight company to buy.

Superior has been for sale since at least 1999 when I worked with them. I think Springdale looked at it one time.
