What are your company's plans for hotel rooms during the up coming super bowl?
All the major brands are sold out and have a 4 night minimum anyway.
How far will you reposition to find a decent hotel? Or get a rental and drive for 2 hours?
Signature Jax wont help with rooms and the csr I talked with was extremely unhelpful. Her name was Brenda - I believe.

Our company gets 8 hotel rooms directly from the NFL along with a suite at the game. I guess that won’t help you unless you're doing business with the NFL.;).

Don't forget to call ahead for ramp reservations. All the airports in the area are going to be taking them.

Having tickest and hotel rooms don't do anyone any good if you can't get them to the airport.

Ramp space is the least of my worries. I just don't want to stay in the "cut & stab" district like I did in Houston.

Maybe I should talk my boss into getting a suite for us pilots. He loves us all so much.
You know - like instead of a christmas bonus.

If you are staying the night, I suggest you get a car and stay down in St Augustine. Its a nice town to visit. If you really want to slum it go to Daytona Beach. (90 min drive)

We got rooms (through well connected locals) in town. However, when we originally started looking twoto three months ago, they were looking as far as Savannah for rooms. I'm sure everything in St. Augustine and Amelia are long gone.

Ditto on the ramp reservations.

We have tickets but I don't know what section yet. Surely nose bleed but who cares!
