Bob, QOL at SCA is pretty darn good. About 70% out and backs and 30% 2-3-4 day trips. Reserve is either AM/PM or Red Eye each overlapping at 14 hours. If you're on AM and haven't been called by 8am, 99% chance they won't need you. You have to have a minimum of 12 days off on Res.per month. I'm guessing the top 40-50% of seniority list credit over guarantee (70). Over 75 pays 150% of hard fly you pick up. In Feb lines are averaging 80-85 hours. FO rates on APC are accurate. We are in negotiations and everyone is expecting a healthy bump in pay. Are we gonna keep hiring? It changes day to day. If we start doing more international ie Europe and Hawaii I would guess yes in the fall with the new rest rules coming into play.
