this pobably depends on the airline but are you guys paid weekely, or bi-weekly? is there someone at your base that hands out your checks or are they mailed to you? just curious

That's not a stupid question. My former carrier paid twice a month, the 15th and the last day of the month. And, the checks were automatically deposited to your employee credit union checking account if you wanted. The paycheck stub was sent to the pilot lounge where you could pick it up or wait for the revision lady to throw it away.

Many, if not all carriers, give you the option of them electronically depositing your paycheck into your bank account on the 15th and the last day of the month. Your deposit advice and 'stub' with all your withholding, FICA, YTD gross, per diem amounts, etc. etc, can be mailed to you or put into your personal mailbox at work.
