First time caller, long time listener.

What are Citation 550 pilots making? Also, what kind of insurance requirements for PIC?

Got the type under SOE, but still fighting with insurance.

Any thing under 5000TT seems to make the insurance companys twitch a bit. At 3000tt (Your published number) you should be able to get covered, at a price. Depending on your total jet time expect fairly hefty IOE hours required. If you are new to jets coverage will probably be very hard to obtain at a price that would be acceptable to most employers.

You can be turned loose as Captain on a 90 seat RJ with much lower time than you can on a Citation. From an insurance point of view.
