I am sitting through Commander recurrent right now, and this video was a topic of discussion for several minutes yesterday.

Nothing really big, just talking about the airplane in general. The trainer asked if I had seen the Bob Hoover video and I told him I hadn't. Today I'll tell him I have now.
 
The roll with the glass of tea is awesome. I should show that to someone in one of my ATC classes who seems to feel the need to argue with me that being upside down *always* means that you're imposing negative g's on the aircraft.

I would love to have the opposing video to show to the people that load my plane or ride in it as skydivers.

For some reason, a lot of people think that apparent gravity and relative gravity are the same...always.

And forgive me for using non-naval aviation aerodynamics vernacular, but I don't know what the techincal term for things being attracted to the roof of the plane, is.
 
Look how young he was God I loved to watch him fly..
I got to go for a ride with him once in 1977...a very gracious person:)
