Well yes and no. When I say deactiveated, I mean they put into storage with the intent of destoying it. However the ENVIRONMENTALIST keep getting court orders (at least in the case back home) to block it's inceneration. I did recently see, and this may be what your talking about it, that the DOD did start the destruction anyway. (I think it was in Alabama) I guess they just had the attitude of, "Well once we get rid of it, what are you greenys going to make us do? Make us make more of it?" Nixon had all the Biological stocks destoryed but the Chemical stocks are scattered across the country at inceneration facitlies. Again, you are correct, we still HAVE the chemical weapons, but they aren't in any sort of readily accessible condition.
