Not flame,
things horrible at the fractional im with (unamed) and threatening layoffs in which I would be the first to go. Do i interview with SKYW and go backwards in pay to take a step forward down the road. Very uncertain at the moment and not the way people usually jump. Any thoughts? Thanks.

It be true. And it will most likely stay that way for a while yet considering all the optimisim going around - but who knows....

Yes its Flight Ops, they are threatening layoffs and workrules keep getting worse. Would go to NetJets but with only five domiciles makes it tough. Thanks for the imput.
