What's the gouge on C208 hiring at AirNet? Do the low multi time guys get it or is it more senior? What are the chances of getting one straight out of training?

whatever bases are available when you pass your 135 ride is what you get. depending on where you're based depends on the type of plane you're flying. there's pretty much a mix of everything everywhere.

Can you bid the twin or the Van after some time? Or is there pretty much a seat lock?

One year seat lock and equipment lock, however you could have a run that is Van/Baron or Van/Navajo.
