I am trying to write a job discription for our Standards Captain. I was wondering if anybody would have a template they would like to share.

Thanks

A Department Standardization Captain is responsible for setting a positive example and communicating Departmental Policies and Procedures on Standardization to all Department flight crewmembers. In addition to acting as a pilot for the aircraft which he/she is qualified for, when so assigned, the Standardization Captain provides aircraft flight and/or ground training, observes and records flight crewmember performance to ensure compliance with the established SOP's. The Standardization Captain also monitors the Department's training programs provided by contract vendors and continually reviews the training program and suggests improvements, as applicable.
