Need to find 2 hours of dual instruction in the d-17s. Does anyone know of an instructor with dual controls and brakes thatwould be willing to give some dual? Thanks

I think you'll find it a lot easier if you don't require dual brakes...the FAA doesn't.

Chris Jacobsen is in the Denver area...I think he gives instruction in his airplane.

He'll probably be in Tullahoma next week for the Beech Party, but here's his contact info from the Staggerwing Museum web site:
Aero J. Corp.
Chris Jacobsen
Hangar 35F
Jefferson County Airport (BJC)
Broomfield, CO
Bus. 303-880-1038
[email protected]
Otherwise Christine St Onge has a C-model that she gives instruction in...she'll probably be in Tullahoma next week too, but her email is [email protected].

Beyond that, there are several people around who can give instruction in your Staggerwing if you've got one.

Fly safe!

thanks for the info.

Chris is no longer giving instruction in his aircraft, but will still do checkouts in owned aircraft. Will keep you updated
