The court shall also consider Benny Class Counsel's application for an aggregate award of attorneys' fees not to exceed $4,000,000.00 and cost and litigation expenses not to exceed $250,000.00 to be paid by the defendant, as well as Lundberg Class Counsel's application for the aggregate award of attorneys' fees not to exceed $1,000,000.00 and cost and litigation expenses not to exceed $250,000.00 to be paid by the defendant. The court will also consider Class Counsel's request for additional compensation for the Class Representative to be paid by the defendants up to the amount of $10,000.00 to the Benny Class Representative and $10,000.00 for each of the Lundberg Class Representatives.
