EVERYONE GOES TO THE DECISION BOARD....


If Your references were not called you can still be "resurected" and go back into the hiring process (background check) and then you would be sent to the next decision board. (That is extremely rare to happen but it can and has).

My intent is not to call someone a dumbass. But having said that, everyone goes to the board. Period, paragraph. The point is that if you didn't impress the interview team it may be just as well if you didn't go to the board. Everyone goes, and a few folks are barely considered or talked about.
