Is this company worth interviewing for??? Does anyone know what to expect at the interview? Any gouge or info would be greatly appreciated...

You have to bend over and accept anything they give you without making a sound.

If you want 20 day trips and some months back to back trips being away from home 40 days. NO JOKE OR EXAGERRATION!

Being away from home for these lengths and blocking about 50 hours

Consistently breaking of a contract that is already illegal according to the federal government(military leave clause).

Should I go on

Wrong

Mil. leave clause is fine.

It clearly states that the company would not authorize mil leave for any reserve duties including UTAs, Flight Training Periods, Physicals, etc. This is 100% against federal law.

It is encouraged for all military to try to schedule these events on days off, but sometimes these events are MANDATORY. With the scheduling that SA is running it leaves little to no room to accomplish Reserve duties to be combat ready

No need to argue this point. Law is Law and for good reason. It's just another point to point out to individuals who are considering SA.

Right now you can go in there and pee on them and they will offer you a position.

The guy who aborted after VR in Columbia last year and went off the end of the runway is working for SAI.

Just letting the gentleman know some facts before he makes a career decision. It's easier I tell him than him searching past threads. Thanks for the concerns

No sweat GI. Thought we were going to re-visit this issue. For what its worth, I agree with what your saying.
