Sooo... What do to with all those PBS Efficiencies?

Let's see.... Our place has just started using PBS, and wow! We sure can load all our pilots up with complete crap, and they will be so "efficient" that every one of them will always be working nearly min days off, so we can get the same flying done with far fewer pilots...

What do we do with all these "efficiencies?" Make our pilot's lives better? Hell NO!!

-Let's open a DTW base, and displace everyone to cover it! Those that are left will be stuck working all the time, and those who go will be stuck working all the time!! That will be awesome! And to think-we actually got their own guys to scam them into thinking this was a sweet deal!!!!

-Thanks for all you do!!

5 hrs? I believe they got 6 hrs. I was actually pleased with my Feb results but it looks like that was just smoke and mirrors. We now know PBS's true intent. This place just turned into a really crappy place to work. Hopefully XJT can help save us from this mess.

I corrected it. You are right. It was 6 hrs.... (I sure wouldn't want to give such good salesmen an undeserved pay cut by means of a typo.)

-And "smoke and mirrors" is a great way to characterize what happened. Far more charitable than "slimy, smarmy, cheesy, used car sales" which somehow pops to mind.

I would seriously like to know the IQ levels of crj567 and his fellow FI whiners. High school GPAs? College GPA? SAT scores?

The stuff you guys post is so unreasonable and lacking basic logic that its shocking. Got people asking silly questions like why ATR/E120 schedules were higher credit than the same schedule on the CRJ200.

It's not PBS, it's the company's misuse of it which will change after a month of pain(some for us, a lot for them.. As for the new base, everyone has been wanting a new base, which means moving planes which means moving pilots. Now we have one and people are whining.
