SOLICITATION OF INTERESTCompany - Corporate Part 91 Operator in Southern California AreaStatus - Full Time, 40+ hours weekLocation - So.Cal. areaJob Category - Administrative/Security RelatedSalary - Comm. with prior experienceJob Title - SECURITY OFFICERDescription/Duties - Employee will be responsible for monitoring corporate hangar security cameras and controlling access to and from the hangar and maintenance area. This company operates a G-V aircraft. In addition to security, employee will be required to clean the hangar offices and also assist passengers with luggage, etc. Primary responsibilities will be security related duties. No firearm will be carried. Applicants must submit to a required drug test and criminal history check. Applicant must be US Citizen and provide certified copy of birth certificate or US Passport. Work day is 8 hours, 40 hours a week, with additional hours when necessary. Internet access and television is provided in the security shack at the hangar. Lunch breaks are allowed, however employee must stay at facility. Employee will work in shifts with other security officers, and provide coverage 24/7, 365 days a week. During "down time" employee may read, study, use internet, watch TV, etc.The ideal applicant will have previous security guard or law enforcement background and express a desire to work in an aviation environment.
