Does your 121 airline require the SOC director to hold a valid dx license and prior dx experience?

Yes, must have valid license, had previous experience and must remain current as well.

Yes, the SOC Manager and supervisors are required to have a license and previous experience. Our DX trainer has a license but has never dispatched a single flight. The ONLY license holders that remain "current" are the DX'ers.
