wouldn't be the first time.

It has something to do with the cathode rays altering my normal analytical thought process of; think.....then type words.

You have to admit, no matter what day of the week it falls on, April 15th is universally known as the day taxes are due. Besides, I have an alibi for not knowing; I'm living in Kuwait and not paying taxes. :D

ok ok ok, before we spiral to our deaths two things to never discuss religon and politics or was it weight and age can't remember, back to the eluded question and in all seriousness, do you think delta can survive, I sure in the suger hope so for all you folks that have friends and family with the company

Hey Uncle Sparky, since you don't pay taxes, if I had my paycheck sent to you then you, then you send it back to me, would I have to pay taxes? :D

Here it comes:

The deadline this year is the 17th...unless you live in a few "special" states. If you need help getting your head out of your butt, here's a helpful link:

http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=118506,00.html

"Tax Deadline Approaching
Taxpayers in most of the country will have until Monday, April 17 to file and pay, because the 15th falls on Saturday. Due to the Patriots Day holiday, residents of Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Vermont and the District of Columbia will have until Tuesday, April 18. Individual and business taxpayers in the parishes and counties most severely damaged by Hurricane Katrina have until August 28. File Form 4868 if you need an extension of time to file."

Obviously, from the deafening silence, I'll say that's not an easy question to answer, honestly. I typed three different responses and deleted them all in the interest of not becoming a flaming target. Not that I was looking for any kind of trouble (for once) but that I don't think anyone involved wants to hear about the writing on the wall. On the other hand, recent history would seem to dictate that concepts such as bankruptcy are just a common formality these days. Just a bump in the road to recovery.

For a small percentage. :pimp:

Isn't there a word for that? Loitering? Lauding? Lamenting? Laureating?

In the interest of accuracy, you actually posted 3 rather "inert" messages.

Not to worry, you havne't cornered the market on thread tangents.

Here's the gouge:

The Arbitration Panel will/might issue their decision on the question of "voiding" (a pilot-friendly term for the process) the pilot's contract. It is not the final decision in this case. The Chapter 11 process was written by lawyers to ensure that other lawyers make tons of loot for the hassle of having to sit through Contract Law while you and I were doing keg stands.

Reasonable men could reach a reasonable solution without the rancor, stress, and anxiety that comes from letting lawyers run the process. But men have been proving themselves unreasonable since Cain smote Abel.

Random creepy historical fact (assuming the Bible is always correct): Those boys boned their sister(s)...so we're all a product of in-breeding. (Think I'm wrong? Spend a weekend in Alabama some time!)

Now that's a tangent!
