What's up with the 2nd 'cargo' (Fed-Ex MD-11) off the runway at JFK (23
Jan 05, approx 1800 EST)? 2 runways (4L & 4R) closed 2 days and one (31L) with too much snow to clear. Single runways ops at JFK, what a mess.

ya'll be carefull out there now, ya' hear!

No way dude.....a Navy pilot would've been airborne again after the wheels had been on deck for 5 seconds without slowing down. ;)

A Navy pilot adding power after 5 seconds on a carrier is swimming-if he isn't quick enough to eject! On a runway especially at JFK on that day is gonna be in a world of hurt.
