Skywest ?

I was wondering what the training pay is and what expenses are paid. When does it end, after IOE? Then, what is the reserve line guarantee? Thanks alot...

Training pay is $0/hr. All transportation is positive space and paid for by the company. All hotel expenses are paid for by the company. All ground transportation is paid for by the company. 75hr/month reserve pay starts the day you pass your aircraft check-ride, and includes IOE.

SKYW pay

CRJ FO rates top out around $42 an hour at five years and around $32 for the E120...not sure about the rest of those rates...but They seem pretty close but a little low on the FO side.

I believe during training they offer you free hotel to split a room, or pay half and get your own room.

No we don't get the best pay right now, but once you get past your 1st year the QOL improves a fair amount. If you get the choice TAKE THE EMB!!! The pay is the same & you will come off reserve ALOT quicker.
