Does anyone know/heard when the EMB classes for new hires will be starting up? How long should we expect to wait? Andy Neil--Do you have any info? Thanks WEF

Are they still conducting interviews while the E120 classes are on hold? Anyone know how many pilots are they looking at bringing on board this year?

As far as I can tell the total number of pilots to be hired this year will remain the same. Somewhere around 250. As it stands now, the E120 pilots are not moving into the jet as quickly as planned, therefore the delay in E120 newhire/upgrade classes. We are still running jet classes however. I believe that the number of CRJ's that we receive this year is somewhere around 30 and we need people to fly them. Definitely still interviewing, although I am not certain of the class schedule. Of course, as soon as I post this, I'm sure that things will change and everyone will bid the jet .... oh well! :D
