Isn't the UPA vote at Skywest in the near future or has already occured? If it has, what were the results. If it hasn't, what is the general consensus?

The voting continues until April 16, the day of the talley.

Which way is it gonna go? Your guess is as good as mine. UPA had pretty good momentum build up but I think recently has lost some steam.
