I got a shocking call today from a 435 phone number. I am scheduled to interview in Feb. I quess I was one of the first to be called this round. I was wondering if Skywest makes you resign your recall rights.

Yes, indeed they will ask you to resign your seniority. I believe the only legetimate folks who don't have to were the Coex guys and the United guys hired under the agreement.

I will say that SkyWest is a great place to be right now. Sure we have our problems (who doesn't?), but overall we are a great place to work.

Anyone else get a call? Just curious. I havent heard anything about them hiring lately.

Hmmm,

Give up ACA recall rights to get a job flying at a GREAT regional airline who has never furloughed, is growing fast and is profitable?? Tough decision?

Good luck, Tooslow. Let us know how it turns out.

I as well just got the call, and it's about time!!! I've had previous posts b1tching about having a resume on file with them since July 2002!!!
I'm excited as can be about the POSSIBILITY of working for them. For me it's even more ensentive(sp?) to get on with them being that I live 5 min from MKE. Good luck to every one else who may be going and any advise from those who have been there will be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks, FD75

Errr, you might want to reread the title of this post. Whatever you do, don't go to your SkyWAY interview and tell them you're excited to be flying for SkyWEST.

Still, congrats on the interview.

Just looked at that. opps. Guess I'll post this somewhere else.

Anyone know what the prefered method of applying is?

I see the online app is down.

Got a call from SKW today! Anyone already have an interview. I would imagine it is the same as it had been for awhile (interview process). Any new would be appreciated.

Thanks
