Can anyone confirm that SkyWest is starting new hires at 2nd year pay? If so what is your source? Thanks for the help and insight....

The answer to your actual question is...no, not at this present time.

Perhaps the confusions lies in the new pilot pay agreement which brought 2nd year EMB FO pay up to equal that of a 2nd year CRJ FO.
