With what we would save in salary, health care cost, 401k match, letting the ASA MGMT team go (2 HR dept. 2 dispatch,2 sch dept.,2 payrolls, 2 of everything) YOU could afford to settle our contract and have SKYW pilots match out pay and not even notice a difference. BUt I guess in a mgmt team you don't want to have a smart business plan...WELL LOOK AT DELTA!!!!!
