Dont wear a tie. They want you relaxed.

You can't make a statement like that without adding a smiley face to it. We're talking about people interviewing for an entry level job, in an industry that started tanking over 5 years ago, but yet they still chose to try it anyway.

Congrats! You have a pulse, if you can make it to the interview and not drool, you have made the hat trick. You are gonna love commuting to ORD or FAT to sit reserve. Do your self a favor, sell crack at the local JR High school.

If you don't know the difference between a "gauge" and gouge, you're going to have a difficult time flying the Brasilia. Good luck with your career champ.

why the hatred toward this guy? Pay a few bucks and check out aviation interviews. If you are a CFI expect to fly the sim for a bit so go get some prep. The tech/crm is one process and isn't too hard. All I can say is know your most complex airplane in and out. Hr...well just seem like you'd be enjoyable on a 4 day trip and be honest. Straight forward interview but you will be going up against pilots with a ton more time now days so make sure you work your ass off and study. PM me if you have any questions.

Get some time in a ATC-810, that's where a lot of people have problems. Study the jepp introduction in detail, know what all the little symbols mean... like what does the L mean in VASI-L on the back of the 10-9 chart. Smile, give it your best shot, and enjoy the experience and remember they called you in because they want to hire you.

I was just out at the hangar last week and met three people going to thier interview. Two CFIs and one retired AF fighter pilot.

Just make sure you get your sim prep.....ATC 810 or Frasca 142......this phase is subjective but everyone should go into it expecting to do it.
