Anyone had an interview with skywest lately? Just wondering if there is anything to add to what is on aviationinterviews.com

I hope they stop doing the Mech apt. 20 question test. i'm not good with pullcrums.

they check your pulse.

Hey is that for all the great looking female FA's they have working in back? Just my luck I got stuck with a mean a$$ male HR type.

Not as hard as everyone makes it out to be if you come prepared- they'll know it and hire you. advice on the CRM scenario- use all available resources including dispatch, flight attendant, jumpseater and center control. And more important than what you decide to do or how, is how you discuss what went down after it, don't just praise yourselves, tell them about how you could have done better, make sure you do this. If they put you in the jumpseat, they probably already want to hire you, so relax, if your the captain, make sure you impress them! Good luck
