Just a question of curiousity for you skywest pilots flying, What is the average ages of the pilots at Skywest - EMB and CRJ CAs and FOs? If you have any info on this just from everyday flying experiences I'd appreciate it. I know here at Eagle the jet CAs are almost all in their 40s or above

I believe the youngest RJ captain is 24 or 25. The oldest is 59 with everything in between. They are generally older than everyone else though, being more senior.
