Group Interview Process

How does the process work at these things. It says you can take the written tests if there is time. What else can you do in four hours? I can't imagine SkyWest interviewing everyone in 4 hours. Can anyone give a little insight to this process? Thanks.

The word is that SkyWest is going to hire 100+ CRJ FO's by the end of the year. 2500 total time and prior turbine experience I hear is competetive. It sounds like it is definately worth checking out. Maybe an insider can fill us in on the facts.

We're pretty short on pilots right now so it won't hurt going to this event even if you don't meet the competitive mins. Good Luck!

my understanding is that yes competitive is around 2500 with 500 MEL and prior turbine experience is a definate plus.

All you need to do is show up, in your suit with resume and credentials in hand. Once there they will most likely give you the written tests, from there the word is that they will have several stations throughout the room where they will hold one on one technical and HR interviews. From here if all goes well, you will recieve an invite to salt lake for a chance to fly the all powerful atc 810 sim!
This is a golden opportunity no invite needed, but may not be all bad of an idea to find a number(no suggestions on what number to call) to find out more or even let them know you are coming. Hope this info helps and even though i work there, am not 100% sure its accurate. Its just what i have heard is happening.
good luck and get hired so my senority will be better :).
