We use Word. However, I believe you have to go o www.skywest.com to complete an on-line application.

I'm not sure if there is a way to submit a resume online. Your best bet would be to have someone walk in your resume and then immediatlely fed ex your resume overnight to them. You want them to see your stuff a lot so your name sticks in their minds when they are thinking about interviewing people. May or may not work, just my two cents. Good luck with this.
