I am just curious how much/profit sharing etc bonuses you guys recieved on average last year? Im currently ASA and would just like to get an idea. Thanks

Its based on your income. For me, it was around $4500.

For 2007, Performance Bonuses came to $650.00. And, on average, the Finacial bonus was about 4.6475%. If you made $50,000 for the year, your financial bonus would have been $2,323.75. For a grand total of $2,973.75. Hopefully that give you a little better understanding of how that works.

Doesn't ASA get a similar bonus program now with the new contract? Maybe he was trying to get a feel for how much that might be at ASA?

Well, in that case, forget the performance bonus and just pray the financial bonus covers it.

I have gotten to the gate 30 minutes early and blocked in 10 minutes late. hmm go figure with Delta Rampers. I actually pulled up to the gate and watched them waste of sperm look at us and walk in the building.
