Is skyway only hiring Pilots in the WI,IL area or all over? I submitted a resume to them and havent heard anything.I used to live in Milwaukee and know 3 pilots that i believe are still with the company.I exceed their minimums, but am over 6,000 miles away.If anyone could give me a better idea of whats going on with them that would be great.

Thanks!

Have you tried to contact those guys to help you get your resume noticed?

When times are tough and all the HR departments are getting deluged with apps. you need a friend on the inside.

I haven't heard of any sort of locality discrimination. But, they don't tell the pilot squat about what's going on.

You have to network and dig up the info on your own.

I heard a rumor that the CP is sick of dealing with commuters and is favoring locals. See if one of your buddy's will loan you their address for application purposes.

Yep....9 out of 10 in our current class are "local"...and one is a previous Skyway pilot who is on furlough from a major that worked for Skyway in the past.....fact and not rumor....
