Good day everyone......

How does Skyway do things as far as insurance, dental, etc.? Is it provided at no cost, or do the pilots have to pay part, and they pay part, or what? Thanks.

I can not speak about the cost of it, but I do know that it starts a month after you begin training. So if you are in the March 1st class, you are eligible April 1.

BTW are you in the March 1 class, PM me because I am as well.
Good luck

Coverage starts the first full month after employment. We pay about 25% for health, dental, vision, and life. If you are single it is not expensive. I have a wife and kid and I think the rates are reasonable by comparison. If you live in the Milwaukee area the selection of providers is very good, not sure about other areas. Also, the company will pay for every other first class medical. Good luck fellas!
