Has anyone heard how big the Skyway hiring pool is? Any other info for someone in the pool? Who should I send a fruitcake in order to get a class date?

There is no way to tell how big the pool is. It is not common knowledge. Since it is a MKE based company I would suggest sending a bratwurst and a 12 pack of Miller instead of a fruitcake.

Good idea

That's a good idea. Beer and brats. I'll send it through email so it gets there sooner and won't spoil. :D

Just in case anyone out there is interested, I found out some info on how Skyway's pool works: in the interview (no sim, no written), you are given a grade on a scale of 1-10, 10 being best. The applicants that score the highest go into the next class. If people that interview after or before you score higher, they get priority as far a class date. I don't know if this is how other companies do it or not, but I just found this out. Oh, and NO, they don't tell you what you've gotten as a score- they send you a three-paragraph letter saying, "You're in the pool, this is no guarantee of a class date."
