Yes, 30 bucks per leg, and they can ONLY be used on OO flights. I guess the policy is chaning Dec. 1, but I'm not sure how it will work after then.

I heard its yield based, as in same as parental benies as in, just as expesive as buying a real ticket exceptyou don't get a garunteed seat. yay!
 
Maybe OO will get worthless buddy passes like the one's Alaska has. They have ID 90s unless the employee accompanies the companion. If you accompany your companion, it's almost free.
