just a plug for this school... just got my comm-multi there this week. Went down to Arlington, TX last Friday, and took my checkride yesterday... professional, affordable ($175 dual in the seminole), good instruction, and delivered what they advertised - no hidden costs, BS, or otherwise. Their seminoles have a bit to be desired, but they're airworthy.
