What is approx. upgrade time at Skylease. I hear it is based on merit, so taking into account you keep your nose clean and do a good job when can one expect to upgrade?

keeping your nose clean......never. Getting it brown........immediately

Rhetorical and not direct at you personally;

How in the FVC|< can upgrades be "merit" based? Pilots have absolutely ZERO control over productivity. We have regulations and SOP's with which to comply. If it's broke, breaks the law or unsafe, it is a no go.

As for training; It is based on minimum standards. If they are met, then checkride passed.

I didn't even mention the problem with the good ol' boys club mentality.

ANY airline that has "merit" based upgrades is using the word "merit" as a euphemism for ass kisser based upgrades.

BornAgain thanks for your seems like frustrated opinion (and no i know not directed at me) but I know where you are coming from. But I am looking for a answer, not a opinion.
