So if one was to get hired at Skywest what are the chances getting Domiciled in San Diego?? They just have the Brazilia out of there?? No jets? How long is Reserve as an F.O? How long for upgrade if any chance at all??

Possible, but not likely right out of class. Put in for PSP, easy to get in there right out of training. then once your in PSP you may be able to get in SAN in a couple of months. No jets based there, but some of the LAX-SAN being flown by jets now and again.
