Representation election is underway. Hopefully everyone will take the time to make a good decision - and vote.

Remember: if you don't vote, you can't complain about the results!!!!!

It baffles my mind that 14 people out of 41 didn't take the time to vote. Pathetic is the only word that comes to mind.

doesnt matter -- their non votes are "yes" votes anyway-- but yes truly pathetic

Skippy,

I think you were thinking about under the old rules, a non-vote would count as a NO for the union. Nowadays, peoples non-votes don't count for anything. Just shows they are too freaking lazy or apathetic.

who was willing to represent you with only 27 pilots? Not bashing, we have 22 and are getting more but can't get any interest until we get 50 pilots. We would like to be able to get representation.

Yah might want to recalculate your numbers! :p 41 pilots is the correct answer.

And actually there are more than 50 on payroll; some were hired after the card drive started so they could not vote.

To answer the initial question, it was for the Teamsters.

There is a new hire class of 12 that started Monday. That will raise the headcount to 68 give or take a few. Just waiting to see some additional airplanes show up soon.
