I know a few people who have not had such a great time there, be careful. I think it has something to do with the owner being unrealistic and a hothead.

I was told a few days ago very nicely on the phone with a good conversation by a top decision maker they have no need for any pilots.

SK out of San Augustine Florida?

If its the only ball game in town then go, if not avoid.

As LR25 said, if the owner likes you, your ok, if not then it will be an unbearable ride bordering upon painful experience.

Its not if the owner likes you, its what will set him off. Liking has nothing to do with it.

before making any kind of commitment, moving, type ratings, look elsewhere.

You asked, you recieved.

There are plenty of Lear operators other than this place. If your local and need a job, then you really dont have alot to lose, but if you have to make a move, then I wouldnt consider. If I knew the number to the guy who was fired abruptly after moving his family accoss country I would PM it to you, but he would probably not reccomend either.

Owner does this for a hobby so he can get in the jet and bracket his way down the localizer, what else needs to be said.

I was told they picked up a Beechjet in SGJ and may need someone. Since we live just north of JAX I thought it might be worth pursuing. Thanks for all the information.
