Depends if you have the CE-525S (single pilot type) or not....covers the CJ1-CJ4

Some what correct. At this stage in the game the CJ4 is still up in the air as to whether or not it will still be on the 525 Type. I hope it is. But, the FAA may say there are just too many changes.

That's interesting, I did not know that. There can't be too much more workload for a single pilot on a CJ3 than on a CJ4. Is there much difference?

The issue isn't workload (afterall, is a CJ any harder to fly than a Sovereign or a X?), it's the FAA bureaucracy. I'm sure the CJ-4 will be single pilot, but the question is will it be on the same type rating?

It does have a different wing, bigger door, fewer windows, new cockpit layout/avionics, heated windshield, and more footroom due to a redesign of the tube.

If the Lear 23,24,25,28,29,31,31A,35,36, and 55 are all the same type with multiple wing designs, different engines altogether and glass FMS vs. steam gauges I can’t see why the CJ’s wouldn’t all be the same type.
