SIC Type Rating - Endorsement

I have the FAA notice 8000.314 for SIC applicaton procedures. It does not identify where or how address completing the 8710 in Section II for familiarization training (61.55(d) that is NOT 141/142 or 121/135.

Anyone out "there" have the information on this?

I called our FSDO on this today. They didn't know and said they'd call me with the answer. Once I find out I'll post it.
