SHUTTLE; Whats the latest news with SA

Anyone out there have any news on waht is going on with SA? Havn't hear anything latley. Or should I say bashing?

I think the reason you haven't heard anything about Shuttle America recently is that there isn't much to tell.

We have a class of 9 new-hires in right now, not quite to the sim. We're interviewing for another class (of 10, I think) that is supposed to start in three weeks(-ish)... and four upgrades start class on monday. For those that pay attention to upgrade times, I think the most junior person in the upgrade class has about 14mos. in the company, and the most senior person has two years... And didn't upgrade before now just because he didn't meet the minimum time requirement.

Aside from that, there's not much else to tell. J4J was approved by the pilot group right after Xmas, but nothing's come of that... For good or for ill.

So... That's about it. Nothing else to tell.
