You heard it here, Shuttle America and Airtran will be annoucing a new codeshare in the upcoming weeks.

This has been an incredible week with travel benefits being paid for and a Christmas Bonus on top of that! If this was true it would be a Festivus Miracle! Can you expand on this or must we be kept waiting for "confirmed" news?

Shuttle, must be up to the same ole thing, understand they tried to cancel an fo's LOA to plan her wedding- she quit. way to go Shuttle drive away all the good employees
makes me wanna say my name --------------WTF????

Ahhh, what wonderful condescension we have in the above poster's profile!

"Captain of the little ones. Again. (sigh)"

Cry me a friggin' river, efis.

I hear Shuttle sent out a bonus for last summer but did'nt bother to send it to the people that left the company. gee thats real trash errr I ment class really

BTW- efis its not what you fly. its what you earn, where you live, and if you get any days off

Yeah, that's what the purpose of a bonus is, reward the people who have left the company! Dumb a$$!

I should think that leaving would be its own reward....

(ducks)

...I mean, you did leave, right? It's not like you are contributing to Metro301's baby shower.....

Just find it Ironic after all that shutting down, and losing money crap they amazingly made money during that time

Let me get this straight. You are thinking that as someone who left the company to perhaps get ahead with another company, you should receive some of the purse?

Are there any companies anywhere that give a bonus to people who jump ship after the fact?

What I think is pretty classy is that it's a bonus from Airways and SA didn't HAVE to give us anything. As well as SA paying for our term passes, they didn't have to do that either. It looks to me as if they're rewarding the people who stayed on board for the long run and are still making this little airline work and remain one of Airways' top regionals.

I left Colgan on the 11th of December and got a bonus check a week and a half later...

I've been with Colgan You only received a bonus check I'm sure because it was an error on their behalf. Once again, an error - NOT A THANK YOU

If this is true hopefully you guys can do a better job than Air Whisky can. They seem to cancel a lot of flights over there. I used to work for US Airways and I can't say that I was too impressed with your operations either. Good luck

Man, I am just crying in my beer that "meanstreak" wasn't too impressed with our operations when s/he was at USAirways.

Guess I should get some of that Xanax that all my spam e-mail keeps trying to sell me!

My apologies. I guess that our repeatedly beating the wholly-owned's performance just isn't good enough for you? If you wish to talk about what it was like over here over a year ago you have room to wiggle, but that was when we were brand-new Saab operators and going through a painful transition... But now? The precious "Big Three" WO's can't quite keep up with us. Sad but true.

Regarding the WO's

Quite honestly, consdering the fact of how much PDT/ALG have been sh!t on by U Group in the last 5 years, the fact that the employees are even showing up is quite remarkable. Also, in non-ACARS equiped aircraft, performance numbers are usually quite dubious, at best.
