Shirt tails

Do instructors still cut the back out of students shirts on their first solo and hang it on the wall with the date of the solo ? Just curious.

Had this beautiful young lady that I had just soloed. Didn't want me to cut her shirt. So she took off her panties , we put her name and date of solo(had to write really small ) and they hang on the board at the fbo for a long time.
